2. Multiple purchases of the same item will come as individual sheets rather than a continuous length.

Q: If I do not want the product anymore,can I return?

A: Yes,you can return to us within 7 days after you get received the item, but keep the product original.

Q: Who will be paying for the return shipping fee?

A: We will pay for the shipping fee if it is our fault. For example, we send the wrong color or wrong size,or poor quality;

However, if it is your personal reasons, for example, you chose a wrong color/size, or you do not like the items anymore. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING THE SHIPPING FEE.

Q: The protection time is running out,but I am still not getting my order,what shall I do?

A: You can contact us to extend the protection time. Sometimes delivery would be late,but it will deliver to you eventually.

A: Yes, you can. Samples are free, but you will need to pay for the freight cost.
